I saw your post on free books got a django one.I was wondering if you have any intermediate books on python that isn't mainly just on one subject ie. app development web apps etc. but covers more advanced concepts that are not covered in beginer books. also if anyone wants a book on python at abeginers level i highly recomend python for kids by jason r briggs.

No, they still work fine, Python builds upon itself. It is possible that tech manuals only have a lifespan of 2 years. I'm not sure but I still use out of date books.

The only reason they are free is because they are older than the newest release. Most of the books I read still works today because the new material is just built on top of the old. meaning the old still works just fine.
